What is your favorite subject in school and why?

My favorite subject is math because it is very straightforward and there is always a right or wrong answer once you know the formula.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done in a school project or lesson?

In the Beta Club, we went to Antioch Elementary and taught students about different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) activities. I got to interact with them and thought that was really cool.

My station was about symmetrical art. I explained what symmetry is and how it can be found in real life. Other stations included things like robotics and estimations.

If you could learn any skill instantly, what would it be?

I would like to be ambidextrous so I can use both hands and finish tasks faster.

Would you rather be able to talk to animals or speak and understand any language in the world?

I would rather be able to speak and understand any language in the world because the other side of my family speaks Japanese, and I could communicate with them more easily.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I hang out with my friends, practice the flute and create art. I like to paint, draw and make miniature models. My creative process is organized. I usually start with different layers to make sure I do the base first, and then I add all the details later.

What career would you like to go into?

I would like to go into either architecture or mechanical engineering because I enjoy designing things and think it is really cool how something can start as a drawing or an online design and then be created in real life.

What’s your favorite genre of music, favorite artist and current favorite song?

I like chill pop music. My favorite artist is Laufey, and my current favorite song is “Goddess” by the same artist.

What celebrity would you want to be your best friend, and why?

I would want Millie Bobby Brown to be my best friend because I have been watching Stranger Things and other movies she is in, and she seems like a really good actor and a great person in real life. A day out with her would probably involve going somewhere to help animals because she loves animals and has adopted many. We might go to a shelter and help out.
