What is your favorite subject in school and why?

I really like math because I’m good at it, and there’s always a solution. I enjoy problem-solving, helping others and fixing problems.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done in a school project or lesson?

We had a science fair last year, and two friends and I built a large display and model showing how pollution affects habitats. We explained how animal and ecosystem populations are declining.

If you could learn any skill instantly, what would it be?

It would be speaking well in front of crowds. It’s not one of my strong suits, so I need to work on it.

Would you rather be able to talk to animals or speak and understand any language in the world?

I’d like to speak different languages because that would be useful in my future career.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I play soccer, read, and listen to music. I’ve been playing soccer since I was three, and I’m currently on a travel team as the goalie. I also love reading all kinds of books. I’m reading the Bible right now, along with other books that inspire me or teach lessons I can use in life. Music is a big part of my free time too; I enjoy listening to different genres and discovering new songs.

What career would you like to go into?

I want to go into the Air Force and become a pilot, just like my grandfather. He was an Air Force pilot and completed two tours. Everything he talked about inspired me, especially the sense of purpose, teamwork, and helping others. You’re not just doing something for yourself; you’re part of a group making a difference. I also watched Top Gun and think flying looks really cool. I’ve been to a lot of simulators and looked into many aspects of them, and I love the whole vibe of the Air Force. I don’t do JROTC yet, but I’d like to when I get to high school.

What’s your favorite genre of music, favorite artist and current favorite song?

I know this is really popular, but I like Taylor Swift, so I’d say pop music. My favorite song right now is Opalite from her new album.

What celebrity would you want to be your best friend, and why?

I’d want Olivia Rodrigo to be my best friend because she’s an amazing person, a good role model and has great music. My family is really into music too; we all like different genres. Car rides are fun; we listen to what my dad picks, and if we don’t like it, we put on our earbuds and listen to our stuff.
