What is your current role and why did you choose it?

I am a cafeteria manager. I chose School Nutrition to have the same schedule as my two children when they were school-age.

What’s your favorite thing about your current job?

I love being one of the first smiling faces the students see each morning.

What is your favorite memory at UCPS?

I once showed Kensington’s School Resource Officer how to make pizza, and I vividly remember the students’ surprised reactions when they discovered he had made it.

What's your "superpower" at work (the thing you’re known for)?

My superpower would be being very organized. 

Outside of your job, what are your hobbies or interests?

I love going to the beach and doing anything outside.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be and why?

Guy Fieri. He would definitely know the best place to have dinner!

What’s the coolest place you’ve ever visited? What did you like about it?

I visited Charleston at John's Island because that's where the Angel Oak Tree is, and it's so beautiful!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I love Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang!
