UCPS to host open interview day for School Nutrition Services

Union County Public Schools is inviting community members interested in making a difference in the lives of students to attend a School Nutrition Services Open Interview Day on Wednesday, July 22.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Benton Heights Elementary School and will provide applicants with an opportunity to interview for several positions within the department.
Available positions include:
- School nutrition assistants
- Manager trainees
- Substitute school nutrition staff
School Nutrition Services employees help ensure students have access to healthy, nutritious meals that support learning and well-being throughout the school day. The department is looking for individuals who enjoy working with children, value teamwork and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Prospective employees are encouraged to attend the hiring event to learn more about available opportunities and interview with district staff. Individuals interested in joining the UCPS team are encouraged to attend and explore how they can support students through School Nutrition Services.
