UCPS to host Career Fair for teaching and support staff positions

Union County Public Schools (UCPS) will host a career fair on Saturday, April 18, for individuals interested in teaching and support staff positions across the district.

The event will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at Forest Hills High School, 701 Old Highway 74 in Marshville. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet district staff, ask questions and apply for open positions. Hiring managers will be on-site to discuss job opportunities and assist with applications.

UCPS is seeking candidates for several roles, including exceptional children’s teachers, secondary math and science teachers, school counselors, teacher assistants and Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers in areas such as welding, carpentry, drafting, business, robotics and health sciences.

Our school and department leaders will be ready to meet candidates and share employment opportunities with them,” said Dr. Kevin Plue, the assistant superintendent of human resources.
